Yes, there is a fee to attend the Power Summit. Please choose the one that is appropriate to you. The registration fees are as follows, 25% VAT will be added to these rates.

Full registration fee: For all non Eurelectric members
Member fee: For all national association members (incl. their members), affiliate members & business members.
Start-up & academic fee: Are you a start-up active in changing the future of the energy business or currently studying or teaching? You may select this fee. Your registration will be further checked (and adjusted accordingly if necessary) by our Secretariat.
Unless your company has an exemption from paying VAT all participants (regardless on where they are based) must pay the Greek VAT rate of 24%.
There are two options for paying the registration fee, you can pay directly via credit card, or you can pay via bank transfer. Once registered for the event you will receive the invoice via email.
Please note that all registrations must be paid in advance of the event. If your payment has not been received prior to the event you will be asked to pay onsite at the event (via credit card).
Registrations can be cancelled, for any reason, with a complete refund until 12 April 2024. Should you cancel after this date you will not receive a reimbursement, but you may send a replacement. Please contact Emily or Nadège if you need to cancel or wish to arrange a replacement.
Should Eurelectric decide, for any reason, to cancel the event, participants will receive a full refund.
The summit will take place at the Grand Resort Lagonissi . It is located in the town of Lagonissi in the Athens metropolitan area (ca 40 mins from the centre of Athens and 30mins from the airport).
We offer special rates at the Grand Resort Lagonissi.
At the Grand Resort Lagonissi (summit venue), we guarantee a special rate of €300 per night. Reservations (and all terms and conditions) must be made using this link. This rate is available until 1st May 2024.
Please note that once you have made your reservation you are responsible for meeting all cancellation terms. Should you have any questions or need to book nights outside of the agreed summit dates please email Katarina at the hotel (always mentioning the Eurelectric Power Summit).

The Welcome cocktail (21 May) and Summit dinner (22 May) are both hosted by PPC. All summit participants are welcome to join both. Further information on the cocktail and dinner will follow.

Participants at the Eurelectric Power Summit are welcome to avail of the complimentary shuttle service between the Vincii Ever Eden and the conference venue (Grand Resort Lagonissi).
